Part 1: Introduction to Your Retirement Game Plan
In these introductory modules, you’ll spend five weeks taking a look back on your life to create clarity around the key components and building blocks for living a Retirement Transformed.
Week 1: Your Career Highlights
Have you taken a moment to really celebrate all that you’ve accomplished over your career? In this module, you’ll work to identify what professional and volunteer experiences aligned with your passion and purpose. Looking back on your successes and high points throughout your career will help you to identify new and exciting ways to find purpose in retirement.

- Reflect on the highs and lows
- Take stock of the knowledge and wisdom gained
Week 2: Reflecting on Relationships
Are you wondering what will happen to your community as you enter into retirement? When was the last time you took stock of the people you surround yourself with? Do you know how this new stage of your life will affect your relationship with your spouse/partner? In this module, you’ll take a look at your key relationships and begin to create clarity around the qualities you seek for those in your inner circle.

Week 3: Your Strengths & Core Values

Week 4: Health & Wellness

In this module, you’ll look at your current health and wellness habits to identify what is helping—and what might be hindering—your wellbeing.

Week 5: Visualize Your Retirement Transformed
Have you taken time to build a vision for this new time in your life? In this module, you’ll build on the work from Modules 1-4 to form a vision for your Retirement Transformed. This will serve as your North Star for the Your Retirement Game Plan course.

Part 2: Your Retirement Game Plan
In the Your Retirement Game Plan modules, you’ll spend six weeks building an actionable plan to help you realize your Retirement Transformed vision. We’ll provide you with the tools necessary to build the right habits to be your best self.
Start building a plan for how you’ll share your wisdom to uncover newfound purpose in retirement. Finally, we’ll teach you how to bring all of this to fruition through daily, weekly, and monthly routines.
Week 6: Your Physical Health & Wellness Plan
Do you know what you’re going to do today, tomorrow, or next week to get your physical health and wellness on track? In this module, you’ll identify the small habits you can start implementing immediately to make gradual improvements in your physical wellbeing.

Week 7: Your Mental Health & Wellness Plan
Have you considered ways in which you can proactively keep your mental health and wellness in shape during this time of your life? Retirement can easily knock your mental wellbeing off balance, so in this module you’ll identify the habits you can build to get your mind in tip top shape.

Week 8: Your Relationship Plan

Week 10: Your Wisdom Sharing Plan

Week 11: Your Retirement Routine
